Nelson & Tasman Construction Ltd is a small building company owned and operated
by Jerry & Hilary Goodwin
located in the stunning Nelson & Tasman Region of New Zealand.
Building is literally in their DNA, they both enjoy looking at the bigger picture and share a love of uncovering the hidden possibilities and potential
a bare piece of land or building might offer.
Their team is comprised of skilled, hardworking professionals who will do their utmost to provide quality workmanship on your build from start to finish. For any specialised services they don't carry out themselves they use sub contractors who are qualified and experienced in their respective fields of work.
Having completed his apprenticeship in carpentry Jerry was running his own business by the age of 20.
His career spans over 35 years and his building experience and knowledge is extensive.
Hilary has a Diploma in Interior Design and enjoys creating floor plans for new builds or renovations that look good,
work on a practical level and make the most of the available space and light.
They can provide you with a clearer idea of what's possible especially when
working within budget or other restrictions.
They work closely with a draughtsman to create a full set of plans ready for submission to council to
obtain building approval but they are equally happy to work with your own plans or architect.
